In early 2020, CCCS counselors received disaster training. Director of Counseling, Jennifer Ward, and Financial Capability Coordinator, Kathryn Hubbard spent March 2nd-6th at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) Disaster Preparedness training in Miami, FL (https://ncrc.org/). They learned best practices for disaster preparation and recovery. Unfortunately, they have been putting this training into practice with the #COV-19 pandemic.
